Care, discipline and honesty
HTS Global Health is the medical travel division of Haku Tech Solutions, a registered enterprise in Zirakpur, Punjab.
Who we are
We are a team led by retired Indian Army officers. After decades of service, we bring the same values of discipline, punctuality and responsibility to helping patients who travel to India for treatment.
We are building partnerships with established multi-speciality hospitals in the Chandigarh Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula) and Ludhiana, covering the specialities listed here. We also partner with doctors, clinics and facilitators abroad who refer patients to us.

To make good medical care in India easy to reach for patients from any country, by guiding patients to the right hospitals and supporting them at every step.

Our role as facilitators
HTS Global Health is a medical travel facilitator. Diagnosis and treatment are carried out by the hospitals and their doctors, and we have no control over medical decisions. Our job is to make sure patients reach the right hospital, one with good infrastructure and experience in caring for overseas patients, and to support them throughout their stay.
How we are paid. Our service to patients is free. Partner hospitals pay us a service fee, which does not add to the patient's bill.
Our approach
Quality care that families can afford
HTS Global Health is working with specialist hospitals in the Chandigarh Tricity region and across North India. Our aim is simple. We help patients reach hospitals with modern infrastructure, experienced specialists and personal attention, at a cost that is reasonable and affordable.
Many patients abroad cannot afford the very high charges of large metro hospitals. Specialist hospitals in Tricity and other North Indian cities often offer the same standard of treatment at a lower cost, with more personal care and shorter waiting times. We help these patients find them.
We see this work as a social cause as much as a business. Patient welfare always comes before profit.
In every case we act with integrity, honesty and transparency. Every patient receives the hospital's estimate in writing, and we explain clearly what our service covers.

Our directors
Naresh Gautam
Director · BSc (Med), DHA, MBA (Marketing)
Naresh Gautam brings more than 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. He began his career at the first rung of pharmaceutical marketing and rose to become All India Manager at one of India's most reputed pharmaceutical companies.
From June 2000 to September 2019 he was Managing Director of Devoted Healthcare India Limited. He has also served as a faculty member in health management, sharing his industry experience with future healthcare professionals.
He is a recognised expert in pharma and medical marketing, with deep experience in sales and marketing to both trade and institutional clients. Over the years he has built a strong professional network across many countries of the world.
He holds a BSc (Medical), a Diploma in Hospital Administration and an MBA in Marketing.
Dr Gautam DK
Director · MSc, MBA, PhD
The title Dr refers to his doctorate (PhD). He is not a medical practitioner.
Dr Gautam DK is a veteran of the Indian Army. His years in uniform shaped the values he brings to HTS Global Health, with a focus on discipline, accountability and care for every person in his charge.
After his service he has led technology development across a range of sectors. He brings this experience to building the systems behind HTS Global Health, so that patient enquiries, medical reports and travel plans are handled quickly, securely and without delays.
With an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies, an MBA and a PhD, he combines a strong academic foundation with practical leadership. He oversees partnerships with hospitals and makes sure every patient receives well-organised and honest support from first contact to their return home.
